Age Policy:
Minors MUST have legal guardian attend first service at Bliss Studio.
No Brazilian waxing on clients under the age of 18.
Guest Policy:
Please come to your appointments without any guests. This includes, children, significant others, and friends. Bliss Studio is a small space without the space for additional guests. A large part of our philosophy is creating a relaxing atmosphere where clients can escape and relax. This is impossible to do so with extra guests that are not receiving services. Thank you for understanding.
We understand that emergencies and unanticipated events happen in everyone's life. In order to be effective and fair for all clients, we ask that you honor the following policies:
Cancellation Policy:
Clients that fail to give us a 24 hour cancellation notice will be charged 50% of the total amount of the service(s) they were originally booked for. 24 hour notice is requested as it allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule in your place if you are unable to keep your appointment. This cancellation fee should be paid prior to your next scheduled visit.
No Shows:
If you are unable to keep an appointment PLEASE contact us. "No Shows" are clients that do not show up to their appointment AND do not make any attempt to contact us directly to notify us of cancellation.
We are very flexible about emergencies and unanticipated life events, however, our time is. Please respect our time by sending a quick text, voicemail or email letting us know you are unable to keep your appointment.
No Show clients will be charged 100% of the total amount of their service(s) and will be expected to pay prior to their next appointment. Thank you!
If you arrive late:
Your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will determine together if there is enough time remaining to begin your service. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the price of the full session or the cancellation fee if we elect not to begin the session.
